Scheduling
Federal law requires that CDL Tests be scheduled at least two (2) days in advance. All fees must be pre-paid at the time of scheduling. ProSafe CDL requires a 72-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your test. Failure to provide a 72-hour notice will result in refund of 50% of total fees paid.

- 1st CDL Skills Test - $200.00
- 2nd CDL Skills Test - $150.00
- 3rd CDL Skills Test – $100.00
- Indiana School Corporations - $100.00
- Truck Rental (if applicable) - $150.00
